Bug#435602: gnome-games: remove Recommends: on python-opengl

Due to the proposed change in apt behaviour:

Please can the Recommends: on python-opengl be downgraded to a Suggests
or removed entirely because it brings in these *very large* extra
packages over a current installation:

Installing python-opengl as dep of gnome-games
Installing python-ctypes as dep of python-opengl
Installing python-setuptools as dep of python-opengl
Installing python-numpy as dep of python-opengl
Installing atlas3-base as dep of python-numpy
Installing libg2c0 as dep of atlas3-base

atlas3-base installs to 36740kb!

Feel free to reassign this to python-opengl or python-numpy.
