Bug#437121: Update manager wastes lot of screen space

Due to a HIG margins rules Update Manager now wastes a lot of screen space (upon the list of updates, below the list, below the details).
Other little problem is that "Show Description" control "runs away" from user (changes its position after click).
We need to rethink the layout of the program.

My humble idea is to use horizontal layout, when the description lays to the right of a list. We could also show description by default
to kindly force developers to always publish their changelogs ("There is a 70MB update for libhugepackage but don't tell you why").
