How to reproduce:

Open

  http://static2.orf.at/vietnam2/files/200733/Ferienerinnerungen_Schulsachen_kaufen_8075.mp3

with epiphany or iceweasel and listen until the file ends. 

After the file has finished (less than 2 minutes), pressing the Play
button has no effect.
