Bug#332688: Programs with decorated set to false always open in the current workspace

Hi,

This is a followup for the debian bug you filed against metacity,
332688. does it still apply to the version in unstable, 2.18.5?

I have tried to reproduce it using the configuration below, but it seems
to work fine. Can the bug be closed?
