Bug#454149: gnome-session: Non-Alt modifier for keybindings not respected

I have pretty much all of my keybindings for Gnome set up to use the
Super modifier (e.g. <Super>2 to switch to the second desktop).  After
last nights upgrade of gnome-session however, those bindings don't
work, the modifier is somehow Alt (I have to use <Alt>2) instead
despite the bindings being the same.  It's important to not that my
custom keybindings are still respected, it's only the choice of
modifier that's broken, and I still have a Super key according to xev.
Emacs still recognizes my Super key for example.

I'm not 100% sure I'm reporting this to the right package.  Here's a
