Bug#455476: Locales

I would have used the reportbug tool, but it seemed to have
some problems contacting packages.debian.org, so I reported via
email instead. Now reportbug seems to work better, so I'll 
use it when I next file a report :-)

I am using the fi_FI.UTF8 locale.

If I run gksu like this:
LC_ALL=C gksu synaptic
it works as expected.
