The long description says:
        This package contains a PAM module to automatically unlock
        keyrings on login, or on unlocking

We can make this longer, but it wouldn’t be more accurate.

Installing the package will automatically make gdm and gnome-screensaver
use it; support for passwd will hopefully come in a few weeks.
