Bug#436961: Following up to #436961: gnome shouldn't depend on tomboy

Hi Jordi,
can you please lower the dependency of gnome on tomboy to a Recommends  
as it was planned for last october?

As of now gnome is not installable on any platform not supported by  
Mono as, for example, Sparc. Since latest changes in aptitude and apt- 
get which will install every recommended packages by default there  
would be no change on mono-supported platforms.
