Bug#380722: netspeed: The network device dropdown on the prefs screen is greyed out, not show all devices

This is a follow up for Debian bug 380722

Hi,

Have you checked the Preferences and made sure "Always monitor a
connected device" is unchecked? Otherwise netspeed will look for the
first interface running and monitor it.
