Bug#405838: Print to PDF is "not available".

  When I try to print from any Gnome program to a PDF file, I get a
dialog box with the following message:

"Generating PDF is not supported"

  It's bad enough that printing to a PDF isn't working, but shouldn't
it be removed from the list of options if it's going to print an
error?
