Bug#363637: epiphany-browser: cant start epiphany, dbus problem

Are you still experiencing this issue? At that moment, it seems to have
been caused by dbus not initialising the session environment correctly.
If this is still the case (no DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS variable), I'll
reassign the bug to dbus.
