Bug#354760: epiphany-extensions: Error viewer find lots of strange errors

This looks like a dupe of
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=134256 except that the
upstream bug only happens if w3c-dtd-html is *not* installed. Is
epiphany looking for the DTD file in the wrong place?
