the way to submit translations is by bug filling and/or by the new
translation framework (see debian-i18n mailing list).

coordinate with i18n ... they are closing l10n bugs.
translate the packages that installed by default first ( from taksel
gnome-desktop task) .
you better be fast, submit bugs with [l10n:sk] in the title and the .po
attached.
