"when i use yelp for a particular application, i am only interested in
the help for that appliaction. however, if i use the search field, yelp
will search what looks to be the whole gnome help database. search
should be limited to the application page i am looking at.

perhaps there could be a link on the search results page that says
something like "search elsewhere" that will look through the entire
gnome help database.

thank you for your consideration."

I have at times wished for the same functionality, maybe it's possible to add a
search preference similar to the one in Evolution?
