Bug#431359: gnome-menus: Icons in wrong place

Package: gnome-menus

The icons(s) for this package are installed in /usr/share/icons/gnome
and not in /usr/share/icons/hicolor. This stops the correct icon
appearing for their .desktop files unless the theme is set to Gnome.
