Bug#433193: evince-gtk: Only ASCII characters are copied to clipboard

The cause of the issues is the same as for bug #427119: this kind of
problems generally comes from the document. Depending on the software
producing it, non-ASCII characters can be stored as drawings and not
glyphs, which makes it hard if not impossible to parse them.
