Bug#434560: gnome-terminal: cursor up/down dont't work

After upgrading from libvte9 16.6-1 to 16.6-2 the cursor-up/down keys in 
gnome-terminal don't work anymore. I just get ';A' or ';B' when I type one of these 
keys. 
In xterm or konsole or on the text-console everything is ok.

My version of gnome-terminal is 2.18.1-1
