Bug#435084: epiphany-browser: doesn't send "Referer" header!

Epiphany doesn't seem to send the "Referer" header when visiting a
link in a new tab. This really should be sent so that servers can find
out which place the user came from to the page.

For example, go to http://www.w3.org and click on one of the bottom
"Valid" images. They seem to work. But right click and say open in new
tab, and they say that the referer is absent.

Anything you think should be done about this? Firefox (Iceweasel)
behaves the way I expect it to.
