Hrm, I'm having trouble reproducing this. You say that it crashes right
after you delete the 'f' character? I get a GTK warning on the command
line when I do this, but no crash. Like this:

(nautilus-actions-config:21050): Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to set text from markup due to error parsing markup: Error on line 1 char 44: Invalid UTF-8 encoded text

If it is the case that your steps to reproduce are accurate, could you try
rebuilding the package without stripping debugging symbols and
providing the backtrace given there?
