Thank you, they seem to work fine on my printer too. I have added these
to the package in the pkg-gnome svn repository. 

I'm not sure how the copyright is best handled. Maybe you can add the
GPL stanza as a comment in the beginning of the files?

This is similar to how Ubuntu handled this. A cleaner solution will have
to wait for upstream to fix this.

I'm guessing this is because of a change in CUPS, see
