Bug#429321: When Gnome is started, Bug-Buddy inform about critical error in the unknown application

I had a problem after updating Gnome up to version 2.18.3 . When Gnome,
is started, Bug-Buddy informs on a error in the unknown application and
suggests to keep the report on it. By pressing any button Bug-Buddy is
restarted again with the same message and the Gnome-panel is not
accessible, to leave a session Gnome is impossible.
