Bug#326273: Upstream bug reference

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=142568 discusses the issue of
how g_get_home_dir should behave.  If anyone following #326273 questions
whether g_get_home_dir is doing the right thing, or think its
documentation should be changed, then read the discussion there and then
consider adding to the discussion.

(I disagree with g_get_home_dir's current behaviour, so I'd like either
for people to add weight to my request to change it, or to help me
understand why the current behaviour is correct.)
