Package: at-spi
Version: 1.18.1-2
Severity: important

Hi.
I've at-spi and libgail installed.
On gnome, I've checked the checkbox in the System => preferences =>
Accessibility => technical help preference (or something similar, sorry,
it's in french in my gnome). I've checked the "Activate technical help"
and nothing else.
After relaunching my session, I have an error about AT-SPI something
like :
AT-SPI has been request for this session but the accessibility register
has not been found. Check that at-spi is installed. Your session has
been launched without the technical helps.
In the console, when I typed "env" I can see :
GTK_MODULES=gail:atk-bridge

then I launch oocalc or oowriter.
I clicked on File => New => Templates and documents
On the filedialog, I click on Templates then I choose one of the
directory and then OOo crashed (without any error message).

I tried unset GTK_MODULES environment variable and then it works again.
I'm not sure the bug is for your package.

how to get no error message on gnome-session launch
about at-spi ? Do I forget to install or configure something ?

And another question is do you think I have to fill a bugreport on
openoffice about its crash when at-spi is (probably) missconfigured.

I'm not sure about the severity of the bug. So please appologize me if I
made a mistake.

Cheers,

Martin Braure de Calignon
