solved:

file-roller uses "rar" to decompress .rar archive, from command line I have:

$rar e file_that_cause_crash.rar
file_that_cause_crash.rar - the file header is corrupt
Unknown method in content1_file_that_cause_crash.rar
[...]

I Uninstalled rar and keept only unrar, now file-roller works!
