Hi,

This is quite a large patch, so I guess there is no chance of getting it
included in Etch. There are also three new strings, so far translations
of these seems to be missing, even in Ubuntu.

I added a comment about the patch in the upstream bug, so hopefully it
will be reviewed and added upstream.
