Bug#414870: yelp does not display some info files

Hello,

Steps to reproduce the problem:

- start yelp
- navigate to "Command Line Help/GNU Info Pages/Emacs"
- click on Emacs
- An error message is displayed:

Could not load document

The Uniform Resource Identifier ´info:(emacs-21/
emacs)´ is invalid or does not point to an actual file.

The file /usr/share/info/emacs-21/emacs.gz (and emacs-{1-7}.gz) exists
on the system and I can access this documentation from Emacs itself.

On the other hand, I can access Elisp, the Emacs Lisp Reference
Manual from yelp.
