I was referring to the map for Liège on weather.com, in gweather I also
get the question mark, sorry for the confusion.

If you compare the weather.com information for Liège with that of a
major US city, you will see that there are additional maps, among them
the radar maps used by gweather.

For the future, there are plans to create a weather.gnome.org service to
provide all sorts of weather related material to all regions of the
world.
