I'm marking this as wontfix for now. Getting shortcuts that doesn't
clash with the GUI, the command line, or input methods is really hard.
See upstream GNOME bugs 332524 108554 for example.

As a work around, the SCIM FAQ seems to have a few tips for disabling
input for specific apps.
