Bug#415907: blackjack: various issues

I've found some issues in the blackjack game. The parameter variation is
ignored (or I don't know how to use it, the manual says nothing):

$ blackjack --variation Vegas\ Downtown
$ blackjack --variation=Vegas\ Downtown

And I still see a Vegas Strip game. Further, if I don't put a variation,
this errors suggest a bug in the code:

$ blackjack --variation

(blackjack:9879): GLib-WARNING **: GError set over the top of a previous
GError or uninitialized memory.
This indicates a bug in someone's code. You must ensure an error is NULL
before it's set.
The overwriting error message was: Unknown option --variation

Other issue is the new game / restart game commands. The both seem to do
exactly the same: to restart the card deck and clear the table. But
neither of them reset the money counters. For doing this, you have to
go to preferences (!!).

It is also worth noting, that the spanish translation is very poor.
