 => you need to add conflicts / replaces when moving files around.  At
 least Replaces in the new package shipping each file on the old package
 shipping this file (with a << relationship relative to the new
 version), and a Conflicts as well if you want to allow downgrades (but
 adding it will make upgrades more painful).

 (Try installing the new version of libgda3-freetds while the old
 version of libgda3-dev is still installed if you don't see what I
 mean.)
