Bug#421960: update-manager: please don't ship Ubuntu meta-release file

Hello,

purging the package gave me a dpkg warning:

Then I discovered that /var/lib/update-manager contains only one file
(meta-release) with informations about Ubuntu releases.  This file
isn't present after installation, but it's created after the first
time you start update-manager.
