Yes, and just did an apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade to check I
had latest versions..

$ dpkg --get-selections | grep libgnomeui
libgnomeui-0                                    install
libgnomeui-common                               install
libgnomeui32                                    install

Retested in both Sylpheed and Galeon..
No location box on single press, no clear on double press..
