Bug#422928: update-manager: Please package current upstream

Package: update-manager
Version: 0.42.2ubuntu22-11
Severity: wishlist

The current package version in Debian is very much behind the current
bzr revision (and probably what's in Ubuntu, although I haven't checked)
which looks to be 0.60. Among other things this splits out the user
interface into a separate package which is very useful.

Thanks.
