No, if I as an admin of a machine create a gksu in /usr/local/bin, I
want it to be *used*. This is why /usr/local/bin is in the path.

Please *never* hardcode paths to any executables in the path. There are
too many reasons why hardcoded paths are a bad idea to explain them all
in this bug report, but I'll point out the recent grub fun as one
example (since you're one of the grub maintainers).

Nontechnical users rarely write programs in /usr/local/bin.
