Bug#423330: metacity: Missing Build-Depends

Hi, 
I just tried to recompile metacity with the compositor manager to try it out
(as #395124 is still open) and It seems that "apt-get build-dep metacity"
missed some things.

To get ./configure working I needed to install:
     libgconf2-dev 
     libstartup-notification0-dev
     libxml-parser-perl

(and the compositor dependencies).

Not sure if those dependencies are only for the compositor o  for metacity
itself so I set severity minor.
