I have upgraded both system-tools-backends(version:2.2.1-2) and
gnome-system-tools(version:2.18.1-1) .
still app network-admin crashes with error:
A dialog pops up:
"The configuration could not be loaded

You are not allowed to access the system configuration."
in the terminal trace:
