Bug#425290: Please consider creating epiphany-browser-dbg

I'd really like to see a epiphany-browser-dbg package; rationale:
epiphany crashes quite a lot, and without a complete backtrace it's a
bit tricky to see whether it's a bug in epiphany, libxul or some other
component.
