Bug#425470: Not possible adjust time by clicking on the clock

This issue is almost solved. The dialog opens and it uses the usual gnome granting rights utility (brilliant).
But, if I select manual to change it once, and then I select synchronize, it claims "ntp support not installed", although I do have the package ntp installed.
On the other hand, it seems that synchronization does not work when you are behind a proxy.
