Several Debian users have reported that test pages from gnome-cups-manager
never gets printed. The CUPS developers pointed out a problem with the test
pages;

"Your sample file pretends to be an EPS file intended to be placed onto some
page; it is not a "standalone" PS job.

Though the usage of b4_inc_state violates the DSC from a PS job point of view,
if properly placed as an EPS file according to the rules to do so specified in
the PLRM (2nd edition, IIRC), the file should be OK."
