I have been  struggling because the microphone did not work. I realised that I had to unmute the capture but, still, it did not work. Then, I 
realised that I had to select the microphone as the Input.

I would have realised in a few minutes (instead of 2 hours that it took to me) if the sound mixer had shown all the available tracks by default.
