Bug#425786: libglib2.0-0-dbg: Debug libraries are in /usr/lib/debug/usr/lib

It seems to me the debug libraries should be in /usr/lib/debug and not
in /usr/lib/debug/usr/lib as they currently are. It just causes extra
hassle when trying to get debugging to work.
