Bug#421886: gnome-power-manager: fails to start on powerpc

It was marked a dupe of http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=436570

The response was, "You need to update to 2.18.3".

I notice that 2.18.3 has recently made it into the repository, upgrading
seems to have solved that particular problem (it's showing new ones, but
that's a different story ;).

Thanks;
Robert.
