I agree with Nathaniel here, I keep hitting this bug every minute.
Settings in my about:config are the same as what's been mentioned by njs.

If it's a feature whose default setting has now been switched to off,
that's ok, I could live with that - but I'd like to be able to switch it
back on. Please ;-)
