Bug#378317: evince: doesn't print djvu files

Dear Sven,

Sorry for taking so long to respond, but I had problems with my work
and, now, serious problems with my health (I am under treatment).

I still can't print djvu files with the verion of evince in unstable
(version 0.8.1-2). In fact, I just pulled several packages from unstable
just for evince.

The menu option for printing is grayed out, unfortunately (the same
problem that I had before).
