Bug#451360: please add system-config-printer as an alternative to gnome-cups-manager

Well, currently the only thing I managed to get it to produce is a
wonderful backtrace, and I've noticed it logs in as root to the server
instead of using gksu; but as soon as it works somehow, I have nothing
against it.
