Bug#451459: update-manager: Leaving stray files after purging the package

It seems these files come from an older version of update-manager that
didn't correctly purged its python files. These files have moved to a
python-support directory before etch.

Maybe we could simply add a "rm -rf /usr/share/update-manager/python" in
the postinst.
