This was reported upstream two years ago.

The following gconf key needs to be set to an audio CD burning program:
/desktop/gnome/volume_manager/autoburn_audio_cd_command

Serpentine worked fine for me in Testing a week ago and is what Ubuntu
uses.  YMMV.
