Bug#451117: gnome: gnome menu icons out of focus

This must be because of the scaling algorithm used. The only way to be
sure to have a correct icon is to ship a 22x22 version or a scalable
format. Of course, big formats like 128x128 also work, but they will be
damn slow to render.
