Bug#444878: hcengine: with edge_thickness = 1, checkboxes always appear unchecked

Package: gtk2-engines
Version: 1:2.12.0-1
Severity: normal
File: libhcengine.so

After replacing my .gtkrc-2.0 with the following, checkboxes always
appear as unchecked white squares with rounded grey borders.

    style "twb" { engine "hcengine" { edge_thickness = 1 } }
    widget_class "*" style "twb"

If I instead use the following .gtkrc-2.0, checkboxes and rendered
correctly.

    style "twb" { engine "hcengine" { edge_thickness = 2 } }
    widget_class "*" style "twb"

I accidentally noted that this problem does NOT occur on different
system, with the following stats:

    $ locate libhcengine.so
    /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.4.0/engines/libhcengine.so
    $ rpm -qf /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.4.0/engines/libhcengine.so
