Bug#445646: setting LANG in ~/.gnomerc doesn't work with gdm 2.20.0-2

Hi,

I used to export LANG in my ~/.gnomerc, but it does not work
any more after I upgrade the gdm. Downgrade gdm to 2.18.4-1
then it works again.

In my ~/.gnomerc:
export LANG=zh_TW.UTF-8

With 2.18.4-1, in the gnome-terminal:
$ set | grep LANG
LANG=zh_TW.UTF-8

With 2.20.0-2, in the gnome-terminal:
$ set | grep LANG
GDM_LANG=C
LANG=C
